I had a great stay at this hostel! The room was clean, modern, and offered fantastic views of the river. The location was perfect, right in the center of the old town and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
The morning meal could be improved with a better variety of options.

The location of the hostel was perfect for our New Year's stay. It was within walking distance to all the main spots we wanted to visit. Plus, the view outside of the hostel of the big canal was amazing!
The beds at the hostel were incredibly uncomfortable. Every time someone moved in their bed, it created a lot of noise.

We had an amazing river view from our room at Grand Hostel. The location was ideal, as we were able to walk to all the tourist attractions in the heart of the old town. The self-check-in process was so convenient and hassle-free. The dining and living room downstairs had everything we needed, including an iron. Despite the basic room facilities, we found the overall comfort and quietness quite acceptable. I highly recommend this hostel for its excellent location and convenience.

We stayed at the hostel for 3 nights during our family trip to explore the city. The family room was spacious, with a fully equipped and clean in-suite bathroom. The comfortable main bed ensured a great night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist us. The breakfast offered was exceptional for the affordable price. Plus, the hostel's central location allowed us to easily explore the famous Long Market and enjoy the beautiful riverside view in the morning.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Fantastic position in the city centre, right at the canal with beautiful views. Collaboration with adjacent restaurant for a 10% discount and 50% voucher for main dishes. Comfortable beds and three individual bathrooms, no need to get dressed in the shower. Great option for the price paid.
Felt really good, nothing too much trouble.

We were pleasantly surprised with the little treats and earplugs on our bed when we checked in. The location of the hostel was absolutely superb, offering stunning views from our window. Plus, everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. There were plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby, making it convenient for us to explore and grab a bite to eat. The modern and cool design of the room added to our enjoyment, and we appreciated the cleanliness of both the room and bathroom. Self check-in/out was a breeze, and despite being on the first level, it wasn't noisy at night. The water kettle in the room and the common kitchen on the lower level were nice bonuses. we had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Grand Hostel.

Great value for money, right in the center of the old town next to the historic crane. Close to all the local bars, restaurants, and tourist attractions with beautiful views. The staff were really nice, allowed us to arrive quite late at night and helped out with self check-in, check out was great and we could use the facility of sending free postcards to friends and family from the hostel which I think was great!
The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by offering more variety.

I had a fantastic stay at Grand Hostel! The location was absolutely perfect, with stunning views of the river. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious, and I loved the fact that breakfast was served at a nearby restaurant with delicious food. The check-in process was a breeze, and the staff at the restaurant were friendly and attentive. The value for money was excellent, making it a great deal. I highly recommend this hostel for its amazing location, comfortable rooms, and tasty breakfast.
I did find the bed in my room a bit low to the ground, which made it a little challenging for me, especially as an older guest. Additionally, the shower cabins in the shared bathroom were quite small, which could be a concern for guests who are on the bigger side.
